AZALEA `ARCTIC ROSE`

It’s hard to ignore the outstanding variegated foliage on this selection that provides color and crispness throughout the growing season. Deep green foliage edged in white forms a dense, round, spreading shape in the landscape that is at home in any wind-protected, partially shaded landscape spot. In mid-May hundreds of fat, branch ending buds open to large, rose red flowers that keep the foliage in the background for 2 to 3 weeks as they cover the plant.
