Does my group qualify to participate in a Bayside Garden Center’s fundraiser?
Any non-profit group can participate in Bayside’s fundraising programs. Some examples of groups that participate in our fundraisers include youth groups, scouts, school athletics, dance groups, mission groups, churches, etc.
How far does Bayside deliver?
We serve the Milwaukee-Metro area. This includes many of the townships around Milwaukee. There is a delivery fee based on distance from Bayside. Please contact us for the delivery fee to your area.
How do I get started?
You will need to set up a fundraising account with Bayside Garden Center. Call (414) 352-6159 or email fundraise@baysidegardencenter.com to get started. What can I purchase with my Bayside Fundraiser Card?
Fundraiser Cards can be used to purchase plants or products at Bayside Garden Center and Floral stores, both in Bayside, WI. Fundraiser Cards are for in-store purchases only. Fundraiser Cards may not be used for purchases under a wholesale/contractor or church account. Fundraiser Cards do not expire or have any additional usage fees.
Does Bayside offer online ordering for my fundraiser?
Soon! Bayside is currently developing the platform to offer an online option for each of our fundraising programs! Our goal for our online platform is to provide you with a custom page through which your customers may place their orders, including a unique link for your group to promote.
What will my profit margin be?
Using our fundraising program, you determine your own profit margin on our plant programs. We recommend you raise your prices 50% or more, depending on your target market. The profit margin on our Fundraiser cards is 15%.
When is my payment due to Bayside?
Using our fundraising program, you will receive a copy of your invoice with your plants. Your payment is due the following month. There is no payment due at the time your order is placed. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will need the information at least three days prior to your delivery […]
When should I collect money from my customers?
We recommend collecting payment when your customers place their orders. This gives you time to process checks and reconcile payments before you distribute the plants/cards.
Who should my customers make their checks payable to?
Your customers will pay you/your group directly.
How should I send my order to Bayside?
Order submissions are accepted via fundraise@baysidegardencenter.com or in person. Call or email us if you need an additional copy. Fundraiser orders will not be taken over the phone.
